Description.
This project is about transforming architectural simplicity into a unique and soulful space through art and thoughtful interior design

This two-story villa by the Caspian Sea in northern Iran had a simple architectural layout with no special features. What made the project unique was the chance to turn that simplicity into something meaningful through interior decoration.
The owners had a beautiful collection of authentic Persian artworks — paintings, calligraphy, and sculptures — which they wanted to display throughout the home. This meant we didn’t need to fill the space with extra furniture or decor. The artworks became the focus, and we kept everything else minimal so the space could breathe and the art could stand out.
The sea view from the balcony was stunning, and we made sure the design didn’t distract from it. This project was a great example of how even a modest structure can become special when the design reflects the people living in it.
For villa
This villa serves as a serene family retreat, used occasionally for rest and connection. It offers space to enjoy the sandy beach, read beside the wood-burning chimney, appreciate sea views from the balcony or indoors, relax quietly, and host close friends in an intimate setting.
